L’Atelier Parfum, founded in Paris in 2020 by Masha Russac and Mikolaj Pietrzak, wants to take fine perfumery off its pedestal. The scents are made in Grasse at the long-established house Robertet, but they’re sorted not by gender or occasion but by feeling — the Paris boutique calls itself a “gallery of olfactory emotions.” The collections are simply called “Opus,” the scents carry names like Green Crush, Salty Wood, and Tobacco Volute. High quality, a clear stance, a fair price. Haute perfumery without the kid gloves.
