Before reed diffusers stood in every living room, there was Culti. In 1988, Alessandro Agrati, a Milanese who had previously designed interiors, turned the simple reed diffuser into a design object: clear glass, rattan reeds, a scent that quietly fills the room. The fragrances carry names like Tessuto, Thé, Mareminerale, and Mediterranea.
